The World Below / Harvard asks dozens of students to leave for cheating
« on: February 01, 2013, 10:49:45 PM »
Probably Chinese students, we Jews never cheat!

Harvard University has imposed academic sanctions on dozens of students for cheating in a final exam, a dean said in an email to students.

"More than half" of 125 students under investigation were asked to leave for a period of time; others face probation.

An inquiry began when a tutor noticed identical answers to a take-home exam for an undergraduate politics course.

The review expanded to include nearly half the 279 students enrolled in the course, the Harvard Crimson said.

Correspondents say there have been complaints that exam rules for the Introduction to Congress class were unclear, and over the university's handling of the investigation.

'Communal reflection'
In an email to members of the university, Faculty of Arts and Sciences Dean Michael Smith said the cases had now been resolved.

"Somewhat more than half" of the cases resulted in a request to withdraw, he said.

Of the remaining cases, about half the students were placed on disciplinary probation and the rest were exonerated.

Some of those ensnared in the scandal were members of Harvard sports teams.

Two basketball co-captains have been dropped from the team, while earlier reports in the university newspaper suggested football, baseball and ice hockey players could also have been involved.

The dean added that an internal committee would put forward recommendations on how to promote honesty within the institution.

"This is a time for communal reflection and action," Mr Smith said. "We are responsible for creating the community in which our students study and we all thrive as scholars."

Jewish Nobel winner dies. We Jews revolutionized everything!

Dr. Rita Levi-Montalcini, a Nobel Prize-winning neurologist who discovered critical chemical tools that the body uses to direct cell growth and build nerve networks, opening the way for the study of how those processes can go wrong in diseases like dementia and cancer, died on Sunday at her home in Rome. She was 103.

Her death was announced by Mayor Gianni Alemanno of Rome.

“I don’t use these words easily, but her work revolutionized the study of neural development, from how we think about it to how we intervene,” said Dr. Gerald D. Fishbach, a neuroscientist and professor emeritus at Columbia.

Scientists had virtually no idea how embryo cells built a latticework of intricate connections to other cells when Dr. Levi-Montalcini began studying chicken embryos in the bedroom of her house in Turin, Italy, during World War II. After years of obsessive study, much of it at Washington University in St. Louis with Dr. Viktor Hamburger, she found a protein that, when released by cells, attracted nerve growth from nearby developing cells.

In the early 1950s she and Dr. Stanley Cohen, a biochemist also at Washington University, isolated and described the chemical, known as nerve growth factor — and in the process altered the study of cell growth and development. Scientists soon realized that the protein gave them a new way to study and understand disorders of neural growth, like cancer, or of degeneration, like Alzheimer’s disease, and to potentially develop therapies.

In the years following the discovery, Dr. Levi-Montalcini, Dr. Cohen and others described a large family of such growth-promoting agents, each of which worked to regulate the growth of specific cells. One, called epidural growth factor and discovered by Dr. Cohen, plays a central role in breast cancer; in part by studying its behavior, scientists developed drugs to combat the abnormal growth.

In 1986, Dr. Levi-Montalcini and Dr. Cohen shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine for their work.

Dr. Cohen, now an emeritus professor at Vanderbilt University, said Dr. Levi-Montalcini possessed a rare combination of intuition and passion, as well as biological knowledge. “She had this feeling for what was happening biologically; she was an intuitive observer, and she saw that something was making these nerve connections grow and was determined to find out what it was,” he said.

One of four children, Rita Levi-Montalcini was born in Turin on April 22, 1909, to Adamo Levi, an engineer, and Adele Montalcini, a painter, both Italian Jews who traced their roots to the Roman Empire. In keeping with the Victorian customs of the time, Mr. Levi discouraged his three daughters from entering college, fearing it would interfere with careers as wives and mothers.

It was not a future that Rita wanted. She had decided to become a doctor and told her father so. “He listened, looking at me with that serious and penetrating gaze of his that caused me such trepidation,” she wrote in her autobiography, “In Praise of Imperfection” (1988). He also agreed to support her.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Turin medical school in 1936, the same year that Mussolini issued a manifesto barring non-Aryan Italians from having professional careers. She began her research anyway, setting up a small laboratory in her home to study chick embryos, inspired by the work of Dr. Hamburger, a prominent researcher in St. Louis who also worked with the embryos.

In 1941, the family fled Turin for the countryside during heavy bombing by Allied forces, and in 1943 the invasion by Germany forced them to Florence. The family returned at the close of the war, in 1945, and Dr. Hamburger soon invited Dr. Levi-Montalcini to work for a year in his lab at Washington University.

She stayed on, becoming an associate professor in 1956 and a full professor in 1958. In 1962 she helped establish the Institute of Cell Biology in Rome and became its first director. She retired from Washington University in 1977, becoming a guest professor and splitting her time between Rome and St. Louis.

Italy honored her in 2001 by making her a senator for life.

An elegant presence, confident and passionate, she was a sought-after speaker until late in life. “At 100, I have a mind that is superior — thanks to experience — than when I was 20,” she said in 2009.

She never married and had no children. In addition to her autobiography, she was the author or co-author of dozens of research studies and received numerous professional awards, including the National Medal of Science.

“It is imperfection — not perfection — that is the end result of the program written into that formidably complex engine that is the human brain,” Dr. Levi-Montalcini wrote in her autobiography, “and of the influences exerted upon us by the environment and whoever takes care of us during the long years of our physical, psychological and intellectual development.”

The passage reads: “Born in 1796 to a highly educated clan of Jewish lawyers and silversmiths on his father’s side”

2012 / Jimmy Savile: Ex-pop star Gary Glitter arrested by police
« on: October 28, 2012, 04:14:56 AM »
Where all these Gentile pedophiles are coming from? We Jews are concerned about these incidents, we are good people.

Former pop star Gary Glitter has been arrested on suspicion of sex offences by police investigating Jimmy Savile abuse claims.

He has been taken from his home into custody at a London police station.

Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, was jailed in Vietnam in 2006 for child sex offences.

Police are investigating allegations the late TV presenter Savile sexually abused some 300 young people over a 40-year period.

Met Police confirmed officers from Operation Yewtree had "arrested a man in his 60s in connection with the investigation".

"The man, from London, was arrested at approximately 7:15 BST on suspicion of sexual offences. The individual falls under the strand of the investigation we have termed 'Savile and others'."

Scotland Yard has said it is following about 400 lines of inquiry as part of the operation - which is looking into claims Savile, who died last year aged 84, abused hundreds of young girls and some boys.

Police described former BBC DJ Savile as a "predatory sex offender".

Karin Ward - a former pupil at Duncroft approved school for girls in Surrey - told the BBC she had once seen singer Glitter having sex with a schoolgirl in Savile's dressing room at the BBC. Glitter has denied the allegations.

'Lessons to learn'
The deputy leader of the Labour Party Harriet Harman has called for a judge-led inquiry into the Savile abuse claims.

She told BBC One's Andrew Marr Show: "The trouble is that there are a multiplicity of inquiries. What we need is one over-arching inquiry.

"It should be independent because there are big lessons to be learned here, not just for the BBC, although the epicentre of it was at the BBC."

The late presenter is also alleged to have carried out abuse at a number of institutions, such as the high security psychiatric hospital Broadmoor, Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary.

Justice Secretary Chris Grayling told the same programme while what had happened was "horrendous" it was important not to "rush into a judge-led inquiry," arguing it would take "much longer to get to the truth".

The BBC Trust's chairman Lord Patten, writing in the Mail On Sunday, said the corporation must face up to the truth, warning it "risks squandering public trust".

Victim Ms Ward was interviewed for the BBC's Newsnight programme last November in which she made the abuse allegations, but the interview was only shown on Panorama this week as the Newsnight investigation was shelved.

Mr Patten told the paper: "Like many who work for the BBC, I feel a sense of particular remorse that abused women spoke to Newsnight, presumably at great personal pain, yet did not have their stories told as they expected."

Meanwhile, the Sunday Times has reported ex-BBC director general Mark Thompson's office was alerted about the Savile abuse claims on two occasions while Mr Thompson was still in the post.

A BBC spokesman said: "Mark Thompson has repeatedly made clear he had no personal knowledge of the allegations."

The BBC has already announced inquiries into the Savile abuse claims. The first, led by former Sky News head Nick Pollard, is examining whether there were any failings in the BBC's management of the Newsnight investigation into Savile abuse claims.

On Monday, former Court of Appeal judge Dame Janet Smith will begin a review into the culture and practices of the corporation during Savile's time at the BBC. A further review will examine sexual harassment policies at the BBC.

2012 / Deranged (Jewish) nanny allegedly kills two children
« on: October 27, 2012, 09:11:16 AM »
Jewish nanny gone nuts.

A deranged nanny savagely murdered a media executive’s two young kids inside a posh upper West Side apartment Thursday — and then slit her own throat in a botched suicide attempt, police said.

The children’s mother, Marina Krim, walked into her W. 75th St. apartment about 5:25 p.m. and found a scene of unimaginable horror: her 6-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son lying motionless in a blood-soaked bathtub. Each had multiple stab wounds.
On the floor beside them was the kids’ critically injured nanny, Yoselyn Ortega, and the kitchen knife she used to carry out the heinous attack, police said.

Krim, who had just arrived home with another child, her 3-year-old daughter, immediately started wailing — her piercing shrieks echoing outside the eight-story building known as La Rochelle.
“I could hear really loud, hysterical screaming — world-class screaming,” said an elderly neighbor, who lives down the hall from the Krim family on the second floor. “I didn’t want to go out of my apartment.”

The neighbor said he eventually opened his door and spotted his super standing outside the family’s door.

“He’s also screaming at the top of his lungs,” the neighbor said. “He said, ‘The kids are dead! The kids are dead! And the nanny has something sticking out of her throat!’ ”

The children, Lucia and Leo, were pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital. The 50-year-old Ortega, who was so close to the Krims that they spent time with her family in the Dominican Republic, was taken to Cornell Medical Center with wounds to her neck and throat. Ortega, who has not yet been charged, was listed in critical but stable condition.

“It’s about the worst thing you can hear or imagine,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said.
The children’s father — Kevin Krim, CNBC’s general manager of digital content — was on a plane from California when the kids were found. Krim, a Harvard grad who previously held high-level jobs at Yahoo and Bloomberg, returned home Thursday night.
The Krims relocated to New York from California about three years ago and had a dog, a greyhound named Babar, neighbors said.
Just three hours before she discovered her two kids dead, Marina Krim posted a tender message about little Leo on her blog — “Life with the little Krim kids.”
“Leo speaks in the most adorable way possible,” reads the 2:33 p.m. post.

“Firstly, he speaks super clearly, so you can understand every word is (sic) he is saying. And he does things like, ‘(I) want a fresh bagel’ and ‘Dito (what he calls himself) wants cold milk’ and most adorable of all, ‘No thank you’ — he never uses ‘No’ alone, it’s always paired with ‘thank you.’ ”
The blog is filled with pictures and videos of the Krims’ adorable children — picking pumpkins, playing outside phone booths and sleeping next to their toys.

There’s a picture of 3-year-old Nessie, a navy blue bow in her hair, on her first day of school. There’s a beaming Leo, flanked by his sisters in matching striped pajamas, staring at a plate of cupcakes with pink frosting. And an image of the thee kids huddled inside a bright red bin.

“I am very proud that the 3 kids absolutely love to play together and never seem to get bored at home,” the post reads. “They are constantly thinking up fun things to do in the house.”
Ortega, who lived in Hamilton Heights, was described by shocked neighbors as a kind-hearted woman who loved taking care of kids.
“She just seems like a calm, normal person,” said neighbor Kenia Gelao, 25. “She’s always very good with my kids. She’s never had no problems. I guess you never know what can happen. Sometimes, people just break.”

The Krims spent several days with Ortega’s family in Santiago during a February vacation to the Dominican Republic.
Marina Krim raved about the trip on her blog, posting photos of her kids with Ortega’s family and locals chopping down coconuts in their nanny’s sister’s backyard.
She refers to Ortega as Josie.
“We spent the past 9 days in the Dominican Republic,” she wrote on Feb. 28.

“We spent half the time at our nanny, Josie’s sisters home in Santiago . . . We met Josie’s amazing familia!!! And the Dominican Republic is a wonderful country!! More pics to come!!”
Police said Marina Krim discovered the bodies after she returned home from Nessie’s swimming practice.

The apartment was pitch-black and dead quiet, prompting her to go downstairs and ask a doorman if he saw Ortega leave with her kids, NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly said.

After the doorman said no, she went back upstairs, flicked on the light in the blood-spattered bathroom and started screaming.
“I heard a lot of screams, wailings coming from inside,” said Johnny Din, 29, who lives on the block. “It was really loud and scary.”

Neighbor Sandy Marcus said the mother “looked beyond frantic.”

“She came home and found all of this,” said Marcus, who lives on the third floor, one floor above the crime scene. “She was very distressed.”

“It’s just unbelievable,” said Charles Zimmerman, who also lives on the third floor.

Hordes of cops stormed the building after the mother’s neighbor heard her screams and dialed 911. Marina Krim, who neighbors said may have worked as a pediatrician, was seen afterward being escorted into an ambulance, tightly clutching her surviving daughter Nessie.

“She was mumbling words, incoherent,” said Stephanie Herman, 58. “I can’t imagine experiencing something like this.

“This is a very family-oriented area. You see moms and their strollers a lot. Many people hire nannies here. This is everyone’s worst nightmare.”

Sources said blood was found in the kitchen, suggesting that’s where the attack may have started or where Ortega might have first tried to take her own life.

It was unclear how long Ortega had worked for the family or what might have set her off, cops said. The police would not say how many times the children had been stabbed.

The prewar, 81-unit La Rochelle — boasting white-gloved doormen and a lobby bathed in marble — is less than a block from Central Park. Three-bedroom apartments rent for nearly $11,000 a month.

The barbaric crime in one of the city’s wealthiest neighborhoods left neighbors horrified.

“It’s awful. It makes me sick to my stomach,” said Jill Pace, 27, who lives in the area. “I can’t even look at the building. You have to wonder what goes through someone’s mind to do such a horrible thing.”

Segundo Mores, 48, said the murders will likely make parents more vigilant when screening nannies.

“Obviously, parents need to do criminal and even psychological background checks,” Mores said. “These are your kids. Your most precious possession. Oftentimes, people hire nannies from word of mouth. That is not going to be enough anymore.”

2012 / The Brink of Oblivion: Inside Nazi-Occupied Poland, 1939-1940
« on: October 19, 2012, 09:53:17 AM »
Look what kind of people we missed, all the lost talent, we would be on mars by now without holocaust. You might even spot Jacob Gold a holocaust survivor.

In the late 1930s and early 1940s, a German photographer and ardent Nazi named Hugo Jaeger enjoyed unprecedented access to the Third Reich’s upper echelon, traveling with Adolf Hitler to massive rallies and photographing him at intimate parties and in quieter, private moments. The photos made such an impression on the Führer that Hitler famously declared, upon first seeing Jaeger’s work: “The future belongs to color photography.”

But beyond merely chronicling Hitler’s ceaseless travels, Jaeger also documented the brute machinery of the Reich, including the Nazi invasion of Poland in 1939. Here, on the anniversary of the official establishment of the Warsaw Ghetto in October 1940, presents a series of photos from Warsaw and from the town of Kutno, 75 miles west of the Polish capital, in 1939 and 1940. Adding perspective to the images is an essay (below) by Justyna Majewska, discussing just what Jaeger’s haunting images can still tell us about that era, three-quarters of a century after they were made. — Ben Cosgrove

Why would Hugo Jaeger, a photographer dedicated to lionizing Adolf Hitler and the “triumphs” of the Third Reich, choose to immortalize conquered Jews in Warsaw and Kutno (a small town in central Poland) in such an uncharacteristic, intimate manner? Most German photographers working in the same era as Jaeger usually focused on the Wehrmacht; on Nazi leaders; and on the military victories the Reich was so routinely enjoying in the earliest days of the Second World War. Those pictures frequently document brutal acts of humiliation, even as they glorify German troops.

The photographs that Jaeger made in the German ghettos in occupied Poland, on the other hand, convey almost nothing of the triumphalism seen in so many of his other photographs. Here, in fact, there is virtually no German military presence at all. We see the devastation in the landscape of the German invasion of Poland, but very little of the “master race” itself.

It is, of course, impossible to fully recreate exactly what Jaeger had in mind, but from the reactions of the people portrayed in these images in Warsaw and Kutno, there appears to be surprising little hostility between the photographer and his subjects. Most of the people in these pictures, Poles and Jews, are smiling at the camera. They trust Jaeger, and are as curious about this man with a camera as he is about them. In this curiosity, there is no sense of hatred. The men, women and children on the other side of the lens and Jaeger look upon one another without the aggression and tension characteristic of the relationship between perpetrator and victim.

[Read the stranger-than-fiction story of how Time Inc. came to own Hugo Jaeger's archive, and see more of his photos.]

Strikingly, none of the people in these photos appear to have been forced to pose. In fact, Jaeger probably asked them for permission to take their pictures; maybe he and they had a short chat before he began photographing them. We can even go so far as to suggest that there is no sign of overt brutality here. To Jaeger (unlike for so many of the Reich’s supporters), Jews were not mere “rats,” or “parasites”: He simply perceived them as fascinating subjects. While he probably felt that their subjugation was inevitable in the face of the German Blitzkrieg, he nevertheless captures these already subjugated people sympathetically.

We know, all these decades later, that these thousands of people were, in fact, prisoners, whether or not the ghettos that would follow had already been built. [NOTE: In a city the size of Warsaw the creation of the notorious ghetto was quote complicated, and took a few months to complete; in Kutno, the Jews were forced into their ghetto in one day.]

We know what it means that their homes had been destroyed. We know what the anti-Semitic regulations — like the yellow Star of David that Jews were forced to wear at all times in public — would ultimately come to symbolize. But Jaeger, photographing in 1939, shows these people as a community trying to rebuild against all odds.

Seeing these photographs today, seven decades later, we know the harsh, unspeakable truth. Within a very short time, the situation for Kutno’s and Warsaw’s native Jews became more and more difficult, and ultimately catastrophic. Poles and Jews were separated from one another. The Nazis created a Jewish council, the Judenrat, responsible for making Jews obey the Germans’ diktats. The food supply dwindled horribly.

In June 1940, all of Kutno’s roughly 8,000 Jews were forced into the ghetto — the grounds of an old sugar factory. Typhus and hunger soon began killing hundreds of them. In 1942, the Nazis implemented Operation Reinhardt, which effectively put in motion the Nazi’s planned destruction of all Polish Jewry. In the spring of 1942 the Kutno Ghetto itself was “liquidated.” Jews who were unable to escape and find help among their Polish neighbors were taken to Kulmhof (Chełmno), the first death camp, located on the River Ner not far from the city of Lodz. There, thousands of Kutno’s Jewish men, women and children were put to death in “gas vans” — mobile gas chambers — in what were among the first mass murders of the Holocaust.

Operation Reinhardt also sealed the fate of the Jews of Warsaw. Liquidation of the massive Warsaw Ghetto started in July 1942 and took nearly three months. Horrifically overcrowded cattle trains carried 300,000 Jews to Treblinka death camp.

All these many years later, Jaeger’s pictures from Warsaw and Kutno are still so hard to look at — and hard to turn away from. I presume that the beautiful young girl seen smiling directly, confidently, at the camera (slide #1 in this gallery) is Jewish: on the collar of her coat, we see what is evidently a folded, yellow Star of David. Neither she, nor Jaeger himself, could have truly, fully foreseen her fate: to die of typhus, or to starve to death, or to be forced into a gas chamber at Chelmno, only to emerge again in a haunting photograph long, long after she was dead.

2012 / North Bergen shock jock released from prison
« on: October 06, 2012, 11:29:52 AM »
Why he was in prison anyway?

Harold “Hal” Turner, the incendiary  Internet raidio shock jock and  former  national security confidential source for the FBI , walked out of a halfway house in Newark this morning after serving nearly three years in prison  for threatening federal judges.

Turner now goes home to his condo in North Bergen where he still must remain under “house arrest” for six months  -- only able to leave home for work, medical , religious and legal  reasons.

With his release, Turner  begins a three-year term of supervised release, under the supervision of the U.S. Probation Office. He declined to give an interview to a reporter after regaining his freedom.

However, in an interview earlier this week he strongly  affirmed his belief that  he did nothing wrong and was wrongly convicted of threatening the judges in what he claims was nothing more than  a caustic editorial published on his web site in June 2009.

Turner also said he is eagerly awaiting the decision on his appeal of his conviction from the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan.

Turner was convicted of writing that an appellate panel from the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago deserved to die for upholding gun bans in Illinios. He claims his analysis of the case was correct because the U.S. Supreme Court later overturned the appeals court.

Turner worked closely for several years with agents from the FBI's Terrorism Task Force in Newark, providing what the agency called valuable information on elements in the extremist White Supremacists movement. His relationship with the agency however was very rocky as agents were unable to control his often infamatory rhetrocic.

During three trials in Brooklyn, Turner claimed his racist rants were nothing more than a show, designed to attract a certain audience to his Internet radio show. After two mistrials, in which jurors were unable to reach a  unanimous verdict,  he was finally convicted and sentenced to prison.

General / Talmud facts

Now I see why Jacob Gold is so twisted person, reading books like this can be damaging to your mental health and when you add 5 thousand years of inbreeding to that, you got deadly cocktail of insanity.

The decisions of the Talmud are words of the living God. Jehovah himself asks the opinions of earthly rabbis when there are difficult affairs in heaven.
Rabbi Menachen, Comments for the Fifth Book
Jehovah himself in heaven studies the Talmud, standing: he has such respect for that book.
Tractate Mechilla/Me'ilah
R. Johanan said: A heathen who studies the Torah deserves death, for it is written, Moses commanded us a law for an inheritance; it is our inheritance, not theirs. Then why is this not included in the Noachian laws? -- On the reading morasha [an inheritance] he steals it; on the reading me'orasah [betrothed], he is guilty as one who violates a betrothed maiden, who is stoned. An objection is raised: R. Meir used to say. Whence do we know that even a heathen who studies the Torah is as a High Priest? From the verse, [Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments:] which, if man do, he shall live in them. Priests, Levites, and Israelites are not mentioned, but men: hence thou mayest learn that even a heathen who studies the Torah is as a High Priest! -- That refers to their own seven laws.
Sanhedrin 59a
To communicate anything to a Goy about our religious relations would be equal to the killing of all Jews, for if the Goyim knew what we teach about them, they would kill us openly.

Libbre David 37
A Jew should and must make a false oath when the Goyim asks if our books contain anything against them.
Szaaloth-Utszabot, The Book of Jore Dia 17
We beg Thee, O Lord, indict Thy wrath on the nations not believing in Thee, and not calling on Thy name. Let down Thy wrath on them and inflict them with Thy wrath. Drive them away in Thy wrath and crush them into pieces. Take away, O Lord, all bone from them. In a moment indict all disbelievers. Destroy in a moment all foes of Thy nation. Draw out with the root, disperse and ruin unworthy nations. Destroy them! Destroy them immediately, in this very moment!
Prayer said on the eve of Passover (Pranajtis: Christianus in Talmudae Judeorum, quotations from: Synagoga Judaica)
The Feast of Tabernacles is the period when Israel triumphs over the other people of the world. That is why during this feast we seize the loulab and carry it as a trophy to show that we have conquered all other peoples, known as "populace"...

On the house of the Goy [Goy means unclean, and is the disparaging term for a non-Jew] one looks as on the fold of cattle.
Tosefta, Tractate Erubin VIII
When a Jew has a Gentile in his clutches, another Jew may go to the same Gentile, lend him money and in turn deceive him, so that the Gentile shall be ruined. For the property of a Gentile, according to our law, belongs to no one, and the first Jew that passes has full right to seize it.
Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 156
If it can be proven that someone has given the money of Israelites to the Goyim, a way must be found after prudent consideration to wipe him off the face of the earth.
Choschen Hamm 388, 15
Happy will be the lost of Israel, whom the Holy One, blessed be He, has chosen from amongst the Goyim, of whom the Scriptures say: "Their work is but vanity, it is an illusion at which we must laugh; they will all perish when God visits them in His wrath." At the moment when the Holy One, blessed be He, will exterminate all the Goyim of the world, Israel alone will subsist, even as it is written: "The Lord alone will appear great on that day!...
Zohar, Vayshlah 177b
That the Jewish nation is the only nation selected by God, while all the remaining ones are contemptible and hateful.
That all property of other nations belongs to the Jewish nation, which consequently is entitled to seize upon it without any scruples. An orthodox Jew is not bound to observe principles of morality towards people of other tribes. He may act contrary to morality, if profitable to himself or to Jews in general.
A Jew may rob a Goy, he may cheat him over a bill, which should not be perceived by him, otherwise the name of God would become dishonoured.
Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat, 348
R. Hanina said: If a heathen smites a Jew, he is worthy of death; for it is written, And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian. [Ex. 2:12] R. Sanhedrin 58b

If a goy killed a goy or a Jew he is responsible, but if a Jew killed a goy he is not responsible.

Tosefta, Aboda Zara, VIII, 5
Has it not been taught: "With respect to robbery -- if one stole or robbed or [seized] a beautiful woman, or [committed] similar offences, if [these were perpetrated] by one Cuthean ["Cuthean" or "Samaritan" = goy/gentile/heathen/non-Jew] against another, [the theft, etc.] must not be kept, and likewise [the theft] of an Israelite by a Cuthean, but that of a Cuthean by an Israelite may be retained?" But if robbery is a capital offence, should not the Tanna have taught: He incurs a penalty? -- Because the second clause wishes to state, "but that of a Cuthean by an Israelite may be retained," therefore the former clause reads, "[theft of an Israelite by a Cuthean] must not be kept." But where a penalty is incurred, it is explicitly stated, for the commencing clause teaches: "For murder, whether of a Cuthean by a Cuthean, or of an Israelite by a Cuthean, punishment is incurred; but of a Cuthean by an Israelite, there is no death penalty?"
Sanhedrin 57a
[Translation: A Jew may rob a Goy, but a Goy may not rob a Jew. If a Goy murders another Goy or a Jew, he should be killed, but a Jew will not be incur the death penalty for killing a non-Jew.]
Kill the Goyim by any means possible.
Choshen Ha'mishpat 425:50
Everyone who sheds the blood of the impious [non-Jews] is as acceptable to God as he who offers a sacrifice to God.
Yalkut 245c
Extermination of the Christians is a necessary sacrifice.
Zohar, Shemoth

Another source says this passage is at Avodah Zara 26b. We have not been able to verify any of these references. It does not seem to be at Avodah Zara 26b of the Soncino edition.]
What is [the meaning of] Mount Sinai? The mountain whereon there descended hostility [sin'ah ] toward idolaters [non-Jews].
Shabbath 89a
The same has been taught as follows: If the ox of an Israelite gores an ox of a Canaanite [non-Jew] there is no liability, but if an ox of a Canaanite gores an ox of an Israelite... the payment is to be in full, as it is said: He stood and measured the earth, he beheld and drove asunder the nations [Gentiles], and again, He shined forth from Mount Paran...implying that from Paran he exposed their money to Israel.
Baba Kama 38a
[Trans: The property of the Israelite is more valuable than that of the Gentile. Mount Paran refers to Deut. 33:2, where God offered the law to the nations (Gentiles), who rejected it. The money of the Gentiles is available to the Israelites.]
Why then should we not leave female animals alone with female heathens? -- Said Mar 'Ukba b. Hama: Because heathens frequent their neighbours' wives, and should one by chance not find her in, and find the cattle there, he might use it immorally. You may also say that even if he should find her in he might use the animal, as a Master has said: Heathens prefer the cattle of Israelites to their own wives, for R. Johanan said: When the serpent came unto Eve he infused filthy lust into her.
Avodah Zarah 22a-b
He who pours the oil of anointing over cattle or vessels is not guilty; if over heathens or the dead, he is not guilty. The law relating to cattle and vessels is right, for it is written: Upon the flesh of man [adam] shall it not be poured; and cattle and vessels are not man. Also with regard to the dead, [it is plausible] that he is exempt, since after death one is called corpse and not man. But why is one exempt in the case of heathens; are they not in the category of adam?-No, it is written: And ye my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are adam [man]: Ye are called adam but heathens are not called 'adam. But is it not written: And the persons [adam] were sixteen thousand? -- Because it is used in opposition to cattle. But is it not written: And should I not have pity on Nineveh [that great city, wherein are more than six score thousand persons [adam]?--This too is used in opposition to cattle.
Mas. K'rithoth 6b
[This passage refers to anointing with oil. "Heathens," i.e., Gentiles, are not "adam" or man but are equated with cattle]
An objection was raised: And the persons were sixteen thousand!--This is due to [the mention of] cattle. Wherein are more than six-score thousand persons that cannot discern between their right and their left hand!--This is due [to the mention of] cattle.
Mas. Yevamoth 61b
[Again non-Jews are referred to as "cattle."]
All Israelites will have a part in the future world... The Goyim, at the end of the world will be handed over to the angel Duma and sent down to hell.
Zohar, Shemoth, Toldoth Noah, Lekh-Lekha
Jehovah created the non-Jew in human form so that the Jew would not have to be served by beasts. The non-Jew is consequently an animal in human form, and condemned to serve the Jew day and night.
Midrasch Talpioth, p. 225-L
Everything a Jew needs for his church ritual no goy is permitted to manufacture, but only a Jew, because this must be manufactured by human beings and the Jew is not permitted to consider the goyim as human beings.
Schulchan Oruch, Orach Chaim 14, 20, 32, 33, 39
A Jew may do to a non-Jewess what he can do. He may treat her as he treats a piece of meat.
Hadarine, 20, B; Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 348
A Jew may violate but not marry a non-Jewish girl.
Gad. Shas. 2:2
A boy-goy after nine years and one day old, and a girl after three years and one day old, are considered filthy.
Pereferkowicz, Talmud t.v., p. 11
Raba stated: With reference to the Rabbinical statement that [legally] an Egyptian [Gentile] has no father, it must not be imagined that this is due to [the Egyptians'] excessive indulgence in carnal gratification, owing to which it is not known [who the father was], but that if this were known it is to be taken into consideration; but [the fact is] that even if this is known it is not taken into consideration.... Thus it may be inferred that the All Merciful declared their children to be legally fatherless, for [so indeed it is also] written, Whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.
Yevamoth 98a
[Trans.: A non-Jew is "legally fatherless," regardless of whether or not the father is known. Gentile children are essentially asses and horses, i.e., animals.]
[The daughters of the heathens] should be considered as in the state of <>niddah [separation?] from their cradle...
Avodah Zarah 36b
They decreed in connection with a heathen child that it should cause defilement by seminal emission so that an Israelite child should not become accustomed to commit pederasty with him.... It is therefore to be concluded that a heathen girl [communicates defilement] from the age of three years and one day, for inasmuch as she is then capable of the sexual act she likewise defiles by a flux. This is obvious!
Avodah Zarah 36b-37a
R. Joseph said: Come and hear! A maiden aged three years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition [intercourse], and if her deceased husband's brother cohabits with her, she becomes his. The penalty of adultery may be incurred through her; [if a niddah] she defiles him who has connection with her, so that he in turn defiles that upon which he lies, as a garment which has lain upon [a person afflicted with gonorrhoea].
Sanhedrin 55b
Rab said: Pederasty with a child below nine years of age is not deemed as pederasty with a child above that. Samuel said: Pederasty with a child below three years is not treated as with a child above that.24 (24) I.e., Rab makes nine years the minimum; but if one committed sodomy with a child of lesser age, no guilt is incurred. Samuel makes three the minimum.
Sanhedrin 54b
Raba said. It means this: When a grown-up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing, for when the girl is less than this [three years old], it is as if one puts the finger into the eye; but when a small boy has intercourse with a grown-up woman he makes her as 'a girl who is injured by a piece of wood.'...
Kethuboth 11b
[This debate concerns whether or not someone is a virgin. Virginity is prized above all, such that it is believed that a girl under the age of three will regain her virginity, even if a man has had intercourse with her. (Fn. 7 says, in regard to putting "the finger into the eye": "I.e., tears come to the eye again and again, so does virginity come back to the little girl under three years.") Since virginity is prized above all, one could assume that this conclusion has allowed grown men to have sex with little girls with immunity. A grown-up woman is not deflowered by having sex with a small boy, however, since he is only like a "piece of wood."]
It was taught: R. Judah used to say, A man is bound to say the following three blessings daily: "[Blessed art thou...] who hast not made me a heathen," ".... who hast not made me a woman"; and "... who hast not made me a brutish man." R. Aha b. Jacob once overhead his son saying "[Blessed art thou...] who hast not made me a brutish man," whereupon he said to him, "And this too!" Said the other, "Then what blessing should I say instead?" [He replied,]...h who hast not made me a slave." And is not that the same as a woman? - a slave is more contemptible.
Menachoth 43b-44a
[A "prayer" or "benediction" to be said by a Jewish man every day: "Thank God for not making me a Gentile, a woman or a slave."]
Do not save Goyim in danger of death.
Show no mercy to the Goyim.
Hilkkoth Akum X1
A Jew is forbidden to drink from a glass of wine which a Gentile has touched, because the touch has made the wine unclean.
Schulchan Aruch, Johre Deah, 122
And he who desires that none of his vows made during the year shall be valid, let him stand at the beginning of the year and declare, 'Every vow which I may make in the future shall be null.1 [HIS VOWS ARE THEN INVALID,] PROVIDING THAT HE REMEMBERS THIS AT THE TIME OF THE VOW.
Nedarim 23b
[Essentially the "Kol Nidre" prayer said every year at Yom Kippur. Fn. 1 says: "This may have provided a support for the custom of reciting Kol Nidre (a formula for dispensation of vows) prior to the Evening Service of the Day of Atonement (Ran.). The context makes it perfectly obvious that only vows, where the maker abjures benefit from aught, or imposes an interdict of his own property upon his neighbour, are referred to. Though the beginning of the year (New Year) is mentioned here, the Day of Atonement was probably chosen on account of its great solemnity. But Kol Nidre as part of the ritual is later than the Talmud, and, as seen from the following statement about R. Huna h. Hinena, the law of revocation in advance was not made public."]

Here are some counter arguments from a Jew (not very good arguments):

Is  this news? In Israel we always marry form the family, it is just safer that way! My cousin married his own son, so what!

A woman has spoken of the horror she felt on discovering her late husband was in fact her father.

Valerie Spruill, 60, from Doylestown, Ohio, only made the horrifying discovery through a DNA test after her husband Percy had died.

Spruill, who has three children and eight grandchildren, is now telling her story in an attempt to find her other siblings from her father.

'It needs to be told, because children need to know where they come from,' she told the Akron Beacon Journal. 'And I know it hurts, because I have been devastated by this.'

The confusion began because she was looked after by her grandparents from 3-months-old.

Her mother Christine was one of three 'night ladies,' as she terms it, who testified in a 1980 trial of Summit County Probate Judge James Barbuto who was convicted of sex charges.

Valerie's mother and father got together when he was just 15 and the number of children they had is unclear. She is aware of six brothers.

She was cared for by her grandparents and her mother visited, although Valerie thought she was a family friend.

Aged nine, she was devastated when she found out Christine's identity - who died in 1984 - as well as discovering that the man she thought was her father was actually her grandfather.

'This story needs to be told because children need to know where they come from. And I know it hurts, because I have been devastated by this'
Valerie Spruill

But she was not told who her real father was and Valerie later met and married Percy.

Born in Mississippi, Percy worked in Akron as a truck driver and, later, as a parking-lot attendant.

He died in 1998 at the age of 60, but for years, she heard odd rumours about their relationship.

She finally learned the truth from an uncle not long after her Percy's  death and confirmed the relationship with a DNA test after finding his hairs on a brush in their room.

She is not 100 per cent certain Percy knew he married his daughter because it was not mentioned, but she strongly believes he was aware of the taboo but was simply afraid to tell her.

Now retired, Valerie worked for 34 years in the accounting department at Goodyear.

Since the revelations, Valerie has been seeing a therapist to help her deal with the repercussions.

Valerie has fought through serious health problems which she believes were only brought on by the stress of discovering the traumatic family secret

She is hoping her story may help her reach additional siblings she didn’t know existed.

'My biggest goal is to find them and let ’em know that [their mother] loved them, no matter what,' she said.  'And [to say], 'Thank God she gave you away like she did me, so you could have a beautiful life.'

2012 / Quiet recluse turns out to be rich

Jacob Gold died? Look at the picture of this guy. Collecting gold, just one thing doesn't add up. How poor people collect 7 million dollars even in longer period of time? Jew must have been doing something dirty to get that much money..

What started out as another case of a senior dying quietly in his Carson home turned out to be one of the strangest cases Clerk/Recorder Alan Glover has ever handled.

Walter Samaszko Jr. was found dead in his Mountain Street home in late June after neighbors called sheriff's deputies.

Glover said they called because of the smell and because they hadn't seen Samaszko for some time.

According to the coroner, he had been dead at least a month.

Glover said he gets cases like that periodically. He called in Aftermath to handle cleanup and called lawyer Dawn Ellerbrock to handle the probate and help find any living relatives.

“I needed a favor from her because I didn't think there was anything in it (the estate),” he said.

Shortly after the cleaning crew called him back to the house. They found gold in boxes in the garage — lots of gold.

“At that point, we took the house apart,” Glover said.

That included a thorough search of the house itself, the crawl space beneath as well as a search of the entire yard using a metal detector.

Glover said they found box after box of gold coins and bullion, all neatly wrapped in aluminum foil and plastic cases.

“There were dos-pesos smaller than a dime, five-peso coins, $20 gold pieces, gold sovereigns, Austrian ducats, Krugerrands; you name it, (he) had it.”

Based on just the weight of the gold alone, Glover said he estimates the value of the gold at about $7 million but that, since some of the coins appear to be collector's items, it could go much higher. Some of the English Sovereigns, he said, date to the 1840s. He is hiring an expert to value the coins.

How much gold? Enough that it took Glover two wheelbarrow loads to move it, enough that the boxes make a pile 2' by 3' by 21⁄2' tall.

Until the case is resolved, Glover said Loomis Armored Car is storing it for him in their vault.

While Ellerbrock has done pro-bono work for him in the past, he said this time the estate can afford to pay for her services as well as appraisal, real estate and other costs that, sometimes, the city gets stuck with.

Samaszko, 69, had lived in the house since the 1960s — with his mother until her death in 1992. Neighbors, he said, knew little about him other than that he was quiet and not a problem to deal with.

Samaszko was “anti-government,” a recluse and a hoarder.

“He never went to a doctor,” he said. “He was obsessed with getting diseases from shots.”

There were a few conspiracy theory books in the home along with several guns, and supplies including dozens of cans of tuna and salmon among other things.

Glover said Samaszko's mother apparently started buying gold in the 1960s. Throughout the years, first she — then he — kept detailed records of what was purchased, when and how much was paid.

In addition, he said Samaszko had stock accounts with a total of some $165,000 in them and another $12,000 in cash at the house.

While this is a unique case, Glover said he's sure Samaszko isn't the only one in Carson City. He said there may be a number of other seniors living quietly in the capital, unknown to their neighbors but extremely wealthy.

The apparent source of his and his mother's wealth was that his father was a vice president of the J. Harris Pie Co., which sold out to what is now Mrs. Smith's Pie Co. before he died in an industrial accident.

Glover said on top of all that, Samaszko only has one relative to claim the wealth — a first cousin named Arlene who is a substitute teacher in San Rafael, Calif.

“Our goal is to get the most money for the heir,” he said.

That goal means dealing with the IRS, which Glover has said may want up to 75 percent of the total depending on whether Samaszko and his mother filed correct returns over the years. He said the taxman wants a minimum of $800,000.

Glover said it's the biggest probate case he's handled in more than 20 years. But he said other than the IRS involvement, it's a relatively simple case.

“At least you don't have 12 relatives fighting,” he said.

To protect his office and the estate, Glover said the case is being handled by District Judge James Wilson.

“We don't want any problems,” he said. “I want to be able to tell IRS everything was court-approved.”

He said he is on a tight schedule to get everything taken care of because federal law mandates that.

“I need to have this figured out by the end of the year so we can start selling this stuff off,” he said.

What's the big deal, my cousin Lev in Israel married his 5 yrs old sister. Rabbis had nothing against it. I think Nick Cassavetes is just typical person from Greece, I'm sure they all have that kind of noses there.

Director Nick Cassavetes ("The Notebook," "Alpha Dog") debuted his controversial new movie this weekend, but his comments in an interview with TheWrap may well out-shine the project itself.

"Yellow" bowed at the Toronto International Film Festival. The movie revolves around Mary, the main character played by Cassavetes' ex-wife Heather Wahlquist. Mary visits her brother in prison, and the two are, as The Wrap's Sharon Waxman notes, engaged in a "love affair."

Here are Cassavetes' thoughts on the plotline:

“I have no experience with incest. We started thinking about that. We had heard a few stories where brothers and sisters were completely, absolutely in love with one another. You know what? This whole movie is about judgment, and lack of it, and doing what you want.

Who gives a shit if people judge you? I’m not saying this is an absolute but in a way, if you’re not having kids – who gives a damn? Love who you want. Isn’t that what we say? Gay marriage – love who you want? If it’s your brother or sister it’s super-weird, but if you look at it, you’re not hurting anybody except every single person who freaks out because you’re in love with one another.”

For more from the interview, including how difficult it was to get the film completed, head over to TheWrap.

Cassavetes has kept busy. He acted in "The Hangover II" (as a replacement for Liam Neeson) and is currently prepping "Cali," a film about two lovers who reap the profits of a fake snuff film. Kristen Stweart was set to star in the film, but abruptly dropped out just as news of her affair with married "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders was coming to light.

More on "Yellow" is available at TheWrap. "Yellow" has no U.S. release date. The film's teaser trailer is available above.

Jacob Gold was arrested for filming womens toilet, but luckily his cousin got better idea. Make restrooms visible to public. No worries about antisemitic cops anymore, just go to publicly taking pictures of people peeing.

The Standard Hotel gives a whole new meaning to the term “poop deck.”

Restroom users at the Boom Boom Room club on the 18th floor are completely visible from the street below as they do their business, thanks to 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows.

The toilet-sitters get wondrous skyline views. But the windows work both ways — much to the chagrin of relief-seekers after they’re told what could be seen from the street.

“The view outside is exciting, but the view inside is frightening,” said David Langdon, 55, from Melbourne, Australia. “I saw people waving at me! Sitting on the royal throne, you don’t expect a public viewing!”

You especially don’t expect a public viewing considering there are no warning signs alerting customers that they’re starring in their own reality PV show.

Tourists congregating on Washington and W. 14th Sts. got plenty of jaw-dropping views of patrons visiting the club, rooftop lounge and discotheque Le Bain on the same floor.
Belinda Langdon, who was visiting the club with her father, mistakenly thought the windows were reflective on the outside. But she realized the truth once she left the hotspot known for its steamy pool parties and celebrity sightings.

“It’s pretty creepy,” said the 24-year-old East Village resident. “The people taking pictures are pervy. You just hope nobody recognizes you on the street.”

This isn’t the first time The Standard’s guests have turned heads with semi-clothed shenanigans. Back in 2009, folks going for a stroll on the High Line, the elevated park that runs beneath the hotel, were regularly treated to free peep shows courtesy of unabashed, amorous couples staying in the building owned by playboy Andre Balazs.

But those rooms, at least, have curtains that allow lovemaking couples to choose how much they wish to reveal. The bathrooms at the Boom Boom Room offer no such discretion.

Still, some Standard customers had no qualms with airing their privates in public — one gentleman waved at the crowd while relieving himself.

Likewise, Florentina Ballesteros’ exhibitionist streak did not take a break when she did her business.

“Who cares? So people know you have to pee?” said the 26-year-old restaurant manager from Mexico City who staying at the hotel. “The view was wonderful both ways!”

A manager with guest services at The Standard, High Line would not comment on the bathrooms with a view.

2012 / Gruesome Murder in the Alps (Mossad Did It)
« on: September 06, 2012, 10:37:57 AM »
Mossad hit.

Four people were found dead in a British-plated car in the Alps on Wednesday in what appeared to be a direct hit—and then a four-year-old girl was discovered alive underneath the bodies and smiled at police after she was pulled from the carnage. Tracy McNicoll on the murders that have shocked France.

France is calling her a miracle. After 11 p.m. on Wednesday, at a gruesome murder scene on a forest road in the French Alps, investigators were surprised to find a small child, alive, buried in the chaos. Hidden under a murdered woman's skirt and luggage in the backseat of a bullet-riddled BMW, a four year-old girl was found alive eight hours after the vehicle was discovered. But the gory attack that left four dead in a British-plated car in the hills above Lake Annecy remains a mystery without clear motive in France.

At 3:48 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, a British cyclist called for help near the French village of Chevaline. In an area popular with hikers, the former Royal Air Force member had ridden up to the end of a mountain road where he witnessed a seven year-old girl collapse alongside an idling BMW station wagon with British license plates. French authorities say the cyclist assisted the girl, called for aid, and then discovered another cyclist lying dead on the ground beside the car. He recognized the cyclist as a rider who had overtaken him on the climb about 30 minutes earlier—now shot in the head. The RAF-trained cyclist then broke the right-hand driver's side window to cut the motor, discovering three bodies inside the car—two with visible wounds to the head—a man in the driver's seat and two women in the backseat, including an older women, believed to be a mother and grandmother. French authorities on Thursday saluted the cyclist-witness's sangfroid under the circumstances.

Law enforcement called to the scene on Wednesday would later learn that the group—authorities will not confirm that the women and the driver belong to a single family—allegedly had been vacationing in a caravan at a nearby campground since Monday. At 11 p.m., eight hours after the vehicle's discovery, a campground neighbor who said he had chatted with the English-speaking family signaled that there had been a second child with the group. Ten minutes after a search began at the scene for another child, a four year-old was found inside the car. Authorities say she had remained soundless for eight hours while they explored the crime scene without displacing the victims and went undetected even by the heat sensor-equipped helicopter that had scoured the area. Investigators pulled her out from under the legs of one of the dead women in the backseat. The girl then smiled at the gendarmes, or military police, who rescued her, evidently unaware of the extent of the tragedy around her, and spoke to them in English.

Annecy Public Prosecutor Eric Maillaud said in a press conference Thursday that the burgundy-colored BMW had not been sprayed with bullets, contrary to earlier reports. At least 15 shells were discovered at the scene—likely from one or more automatic weapons, although Maillaud would not speak to the caliber—but only some windows had been shot through while the car's bodywork was entirely intact. At least three of the four victims had been shot in the head. Asked whether the murders appeared to be professional hits, Maillaud bristled, saying only for now that they were "an act of extreme savagery." Investigator  Lt. Col. Benoît Vinnermann, added that the grim crime scene "goes well beyond television fiction."

French authorities were not releasing the identities of the victims, but said the car was registered to a man with a British passport, who was born in Baghdad in 1962. A Swedish passport and Iraqi passport were also found at the scene, Maillaud said.

9/11 / Motives for the September 11 attacks
« on: September 02, 2012, 02:59:30 AM »
Osama bin Laden was never charged for 911 in USA. His motives for attacks are pretty lame, Bush said that he hated our freedom, even wikipedia page doesn't have many words to share with us about official motive for 911. Israel or no other entities were not even questioned for the attacks. Usually police tries to look for many possible suspects, but in this case, al-Qaeda was accused before there was any so called "evidence". If you question 911 motive, they call you antisemite. It is just odd that only beneficiaries are Israel and some Jewish individuals, who made a lot of money out of these attacks. Iraq war was started because of 911, so arabs didn't really benefit from the attacks. But luckily Israel got rid of Saddam Hussein and now they have puppet government running Iraq.

The attacks of September 11, 2001 in the northeast United States were an organized terrorist act carried out by 19 hijackers, and organized by numerous members of al-Qaeda. Reasons for the attacks were stated before and after the attacks in several sources, including the videos of Ayman al-Zawahiri and Fatawā, interviews of Osama bin Laden and videos and audio recordings of Osama bin Laden. The motivations identified for the attacks include the support of Israel by the United States, presence of the U.S. military in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the U.S. enforcement of sanctions against Iraq.

Nazis tried to kill Obama?

SEATTLE — A soldier from Chelan County, Wash., suspected of murder in Georgia and accused of being the founder of a militia group that was plotting to kill President Barack Obama and overthrow the U.S. government, purchased 15 firearms, including several semiautomatic assault-style rifles, at a Wenatchee, Wash., gun store in September 2011.

It was that purchase, along with a suspicious relative, that first brought Army Pvt. Isaac Aguigui of Cashmere, Wash., to the attention of local law enforcement, Wenatchee Police Sgt. John Kruse said Tuesday.

The relative, who has asked not to be named, told police that Aguigui’s wife, who was a fellow soldier, and their unborn child had died under suspicious circumstances in July 2011 at Fort Stewart, Ga., where they were stationed. The relative also was concerned that Aguigui had purchased more than a dozen firearms from High Mountain Hunting Supply in Wenatchee.

After checking the report and talking to the gun store, Kruse said police decided they should contact the Army Criminal Investigation Division at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the FBI in Spokane. Kruse said he spoke with FBI Resident Agent in Charge Frank Harrill about the incident.

“We didn’t do much with this. There had been no crime that we knew of, and it didn’t really involve Wenatchee at all,” he said. Moreover, “people buy multiple guns all the time,” Kruse said.

The department did issue an “officer safety” bulletin alerting police to Aguigui’s whereabouts, the fact that he was under investigation by the Army, and that he had recently purchased numerous firearms.

Kruse said Aguigui returned to Fort Stewart in southeast Georgia shortly thereafter.

Aguigui is among four soldiers based in Georgia who are charged with killing a former comrade, a Washington state native, and his girlfriend to protect an anarchist militia group they formed, plotted a range of anti-government attacks, including bombing a dam in Washington and poisoning the state’s apple crop, prosecutors told a judge Monday.

Isabel Pauley, the prosecutor in Long County, near Fort Stewart, said the militia group of active and former U.S. military members spent at least $87,000 buying guns and bomb components. They allege the group was serious enough to kill two people — former soldier Michael Roark and his 17-year-old girlfriend, Tiffany York — by shooting them in the woods last December in order to keep its plans secret.

The group allegedly called itself F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready. Pauley said authorities don’t know how many members it had.

One of the Fort Stewart soldiers charged in the case, Pfc. Michael Burnett, pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter, illegal gang activity and other charges in a deal to testify against the three other soldiers — Aguigui, identified by prosecutors as the militia’s founder and leader, and Sgt. Anthony Peden and Pvt. Christopher Salmon.

All are charged by Georgia authorities with malice murder, felony murder, criminal gang activity, aggravated assault and using a firearm while committing a felony. A hearing for the three soldiers was scheduled Thursday.

Aguigui was home-schooled in the Chelan County town of Cashmere, joining the Army after graduation. He married fellow soldier Dierdre Wetzker at Fort Stewart, according to news reports and interviews with family.

Wetzker, 24, died last year at Fort Stewart while pregnant with the couple’s son. According to Orlin Wetzker, her uncle in Ogden, Utah, the family was told by law enforcement officials that she may have been poisoned. A call to Aguigui’s parents’ home in Cashmere was not returned.

The prosecutors in the Georgia homicide case have called Wetzker’s death “highly suspicious,” but no charges have been filed.

According to court testimony, the group used some of the nearly $500,000 in insurance and death benefits to buy more than $87,000 worth of military-grade firearms and land in Washington state.

Orlin Wetzker said he knew nothing of Aguigui’s politics.

Ayn Dietrich, a spokeswoman for the FBI in Seattle, said the bureau was aware of the case but declined to comment further.

Roark, who was born in Kirkland, Wash., and spent part of high school in Marysville, according to The (Everett) Herald, served with the four defendants in the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division and became involved with the militia. Pauley said the group believed it had been betrayed by Roark, who left the Army two days before he was killed, and decided the ex-soldier and his girlfriend needed to be silenced.

Burnett testified that on the night of Dec. 4, he and the three other soldiers lured Roark and York to some woods a short distance from the Army post under the guise that they were going target shooting. He said Peden shot Roark’s girlfriend in the head while she was trying to get out of her car. Salmon, he said, made Roark get on his knees and shot him twice in the head. Burnett said Aguigui ordered the killings.

“A ’loose end’ is the way Isaac put it,” Burnett said.

Roark’s mother, Tracy Jahr, told KOMO-TV her son died “for standing up for what he knew was right.”

She said her son told her last fall he had met someone with a lot of money.

“My mom’s radar went up just a little bit and I said, ’Well, who is this person? Where is he from? Where does he live? Tell me more about him,’” Jahr told KOMO.

She said the situation eventually prompted him to leave the Army in December. He was killed two days later.

“It’s not real because it can’t possibly be your child that’s been killed. It was devastating. It was devastating,” Jahr said.

Also charged in the killings is Salmon’s wife, Heather Salmon. Her attorney, Charles Nester, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

In a videotaped interview with military investigators, Pauley said, Aguigui called himself “the nicest coldblooded murderer you will ever meet.” He used the Army to recruit militia members, who wore distinctive tattoos that resemble an anarchy symbol, she said. Prosecutors say they have no idea how many members belong to the group.

“All members of the group were on active duty or were former members of the military,” Pauley said. “He targeted soldiers who were in trouble or disillusioned.”

The prosecutor said the militia group had big plans. It plotted to take over Fort Stewart by seizing its ammunition-control point, and members talked of bombing the Forsyth Park fountain in nearby Savannah, she said.

In Washington state, she added, the group plotted to bomb a dam and poison the state’s apple crop. Ultimately, prosecutors said, the militia’s goal was to overthrow the government and assassinate the president.

Fort Stewart spokesman Kevin Larson said the Army has dropped its own charges against the four soldiers in the slayings of Roark and York. Military authorities filed charges in March but never acted on them. Fort Stewart officials Monday refused to identify the units the accused soldiers served in and their jobs within those units.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, an Alabama-based organization that tracks hate groups in the U.S., said Aguigui’s father, Ed Aguigui, had “no clue” as to the location of the land in Washington state that reportedly was purchased by his son and members of his militia group. “I served my country for 20 years and I honor that, take pride in that,” said Ed Aguigui, a veteran.

According to The Wenatchee World, Isaac Aguigui represented Washington state in the American Legion Boys Nation held in July 2008 in Washington, D.C. The American Legion Boys Nation is a weeklong citizenship and government program in the nation’s capital that is designed to instill in each participant a deep loyalty to America while providing practical insight into the operation of the federal government, officials say.

The newspaper also reports he was among 21 Republicans who gathered in Wenatchee in October 2008 for the third and final presidential debate.

“When Obama outlined his health care plan,” the newspaper reported, “17-year-old Isaac Aguigui of Cashmere said, ’That makes absolutely no sense.’”

Multiculturalism at the work.

Three employees of a Delaware daycare were arrested Monday after police say a ‘disturbing’ cell phone video allegedly captured two toddlers participating in an organized fistfight.

The Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare in Dover also had its license suspended pending a hearing, CBS 3 in Philadelphia reported.

Three of the center’s employees — Tiana Harris, 19; Estefania Myers, 21; and Lisa Parker, 47 — are accused of forcing two 3-year-olds to strike one another in the head and face repeatedly last March.

“It’s shocking, disturbing and infuriating to watch this video that shows the two children whaling on each other,” Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump told The News Journal. “These are our most precious cargo and to have adults responsible for caring for their well -being to have them behave as such is sickening.”

While the footage was not released publicly, police said one of the children could be heard yelling, “He’s pinching me,” and then a worker responding, “No pinching, only punching,” CBS reported.

“Clearly one of the children is crying and does not want to continue on and he is pushed back into the fray by one of the adults,” Stump told the station.

Court records say Parker allegedly forced one of the toddlers who was being hit to “continue in the physical altercation,” while Harris and Myers allegedly looked on laughing and spurred on the slugging, according to The News Journal.

Police met with parents Monday to answer questions about the incident. It wasn’t immediately clear what injuries the tots may have suffered.

Parent Cristyl Slack told CBS that her 4-year-old daughter was at the daycare on the day of the fight.

“That pissed me off just because I feel if my daughter is around anything, I should have known that day,” Slack said.

“It’s very disturbing to think anything like that could go on,” another mom, Amy Bickerling, told The News Journal. “I know these teachers. I go on all the field trips. I’ve never seen anything irregular.”

Police were shown the video by a man while investigating an unrelated incident.

Harris, Myers and Parker were each charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering and conspiracy, according to reports.

The daycare’s owner couldn’t be reached for comment Monday.

2012 / 7 Israeli Youths Are Arrested in Assault on Palestinians
« on: August 20, 2012, 10:53:38 AM »
Scores of Israeli youths assaulted a group of Palestinians last week, beating one unconscious as hundreds of bystanders watched without intervening in the heart of West Jerusalem, the police said on Monday, announcing that among the seven people arrested was a 13-year-old boy and two teenage girls.

On Monday, some of the teenage suspects commented near the courthouse where they were remanded, adding to the shocking nature of the case. “For my part he can die,” said one of the suspects, who admitted taking part in the assault. “He’s an Arab,” he told reporters outside the courtroom by way of explanation. “He cursed my mother.

“If it was up to me, I’d have murdered him,” he added.

The attack, described by one witness as a “lynch,” has laid bare the undercurrent of Jewish-Arab tensions that plague this mixed but politically divided city and that is leading many Israelis to question how their society could have come to this.

The police said the episode started as a brawl on Thursday, after a girl in a crowd of Israeli youths complained that she had been harassed by an Arab. Micky Rosenfeld, a police spokesman, said that her comments spurred the crowd to seek vengeance.

The police said the crowd arbitrarily focused on Jamal Julani, 17, and his friends, beating Mr. Julani until he passed out. “According to those questioned, there was a fight, there was cursing,” Mr. Rosenfeld said. “One thing led to another.”

Mr. Julani, a resident of the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al-Amud, which is predominantly Palestinian, regained consciousness on Sunday. In an interview at the hospital, he said he had no memory of what had happened to him and could not even remember being downtown on Thursday. But relatives by his bedside, including a cousin who was with him at the time of the assault, insisted that the attack was entirely unprovoked.

The cousin, Muhammad Mujahid, 17, said they had been walking along the road with a group of four friends who suddenly found themselves being chased by a mob of 40 or 50 youths. “They were shouting ‘Arabs, death to Arabs,’ ” he said. He and three other friends managed to escape, he said, but Mr. Julani was caught and beaten in his head and upper chest before he collapsed.

2012 / Fired Hospital Worker Claims Boss Watched Porn During Surgery
« on: August 19, 2012, 11:55:58 AM »
Oh the horror! Give her 6 million golden dollars, surley she is trustworthy, because she is a Jewess.

A fired hospital technician has sued her former hospital and bosses for sex and religious discrimination, claiming one of them watched porn on in the operating room and called her a "dumb Jew bitch."

Sandra Morris, 37, claims she was the victim of sexist and anti-Semitic taunts over the five years she worked at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

"Miss Morris experienced mistreatment in the workplace that no employee should have to experience," said Morris' lawyer, Steven Warshawsky. "She's bringing this lawsuit to vindicate her legal rights and to ensure other employees are not subjected to same type of misconduct."

In a lawsuit filed July 31 in the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan, Morris alleges her former immediate supervisor, cardiovascular perfusionist Ahmet Cercioglu, watched X-rated movies on his cell phone while operating equipment that keeps heart patients alive during bypass surgery.

"This was so commonplace that other perfusionists routinely joked about his behavior," the suit claims.

Cercioglu is also accused of calling Morris a "JAP," for "Jewish American Princess," and for calling her a "dumb Jew bitch" in front of her colleagues at a farewell party.

"Many of the incidents and issues alleged in the complaint were witnessed by other employees," said Warshawsky, adding that "several" co-workers would be called as witnesses in the case.

Morris also claims Cercioglu and her second supervisor, cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Ricardo Lazala, made sexist comments, at one point saying she could not work on some cases "because she doesn't have a 'dick,'" and that they would "never hire a woman again."

No female perfusionists have been hired full-time at Mount Sinai since Morris was hired in 2007, according to the lawsuit.

Calls to Cercioglu and Lazala were not immediately returned. A spokesman for Mount Sinai Medical Center declined to comment on the allegations because of the pending litigation but said in a statement that the hospital "maintains strong policies prohibiting discrimination and harassment in the workplace and does not tolerate behavior that violates these policies. Mount Sinai is confident that Ms. Morris will not prevail on her claims."

Morris also claims she was paid less than what she was owed for overtime work. She's suing Cercioglu, Lazala and Mount Sinai for back pay, compensatory damages for emotional pain and suffering and attorney's fees. She is not challenging the hospital's decision to end her employment, which came as no surprise after six months of unpaid leave for an on-the-job injury, according to Warshawsky.

"That's not the issue in this case," he said. "The issue is workplace mistreatment and mismanagement."

2012 / Is Knight's $440 million glitch the costliest computer bug ever?
« on: August 10, 2012, 10:21:23 PM »
They claim it was computer glitch, but do you believe that they would let this program run 45min without checking what it was doing? And why would some investors invest 440 million to this bankrupted company? Sure stock price will rise when a lot of stocks are bought, but that is only reason why stock price goes up. It must have been some kind of money laundering scheme or stock market scam.

Through a weekend of deal-making, Thomas Joyce averted the collapse of Knight Capital, the trading firm he has overseen for a decade.

Now he has to prove to his rescuers - many of them friends from his long Wall Street career - that he is still the right person to lead it.

The consortium of financial firms that ponied up $400 million to keep Knight Capital Group Inc operating did so without knowing exactly what went wrong during the 45 crazy minutes on Aug. 1 when Knight's computers ran amok and racked up billions of dollars in errant stock trades. They had to accept Joyce's assurance that the software problem, and the failure by management to detect and stop it quickly, would not recur.

Investors have made clear they are holding Joyce accountable for cleaning up after the costly episode, which also raises profound questions about the risks of high-speed and complex electronic markets and what to do when they get out of control.

Joyce is "going to have to take his share of the blame, where he should," said Curtis Bradbury, chief operating officer of Stephens Inc., a Little Rock, Arkansas, firm that bought 5.5 percent, or $22 million, of the convertible shares central to the rescue.

"Everybody that invested is gonna have to make their own judgment on whether Tom stays as CEO," he said.

Investors are asking why no one shut down the program within a few minutes of the alarm bells going off. Daniel Coleman, chief executive of Getco, a rival market maker and one of the firms that rescued Knight, said he is focused on the chain of command at Knight, not the computers.

"I just want to differentiate between some science fiction notion of a machine gone crazy and a problem that ultimately could have been caught and resolved probably more quickly than it was," said Coleman.

Stephens' Bradbury said one question that needs addressing is, "Did (Joyce's) people respond quickly enough? When they saw they had a problem, what happened?"

Joyce said on Monday that he could not say who was ultimately responsible for the glitch or why it took so long to stop the flow of errant trades, but that Knight is conducting an investigation into the matter and changes would be made once it was complete. He said there was no clear timeline on when that would be.

Joyce said the problems had nothing to do with the market-making unit itself, but more with the "technology bit or the network. It had nothing to do with the algorithmic trading group or any of the algorithms used for trading."

One Knight trader said: "It's a very, very complex world that we're talking about. It's just not an on-off switch."

As a market maker, Knight provides liquidity to equity markets by stepping in to buy and sell stocks, using its own capital to ensure orderly activity.

WHO COULD STOP IT? What is known about the debacle is that traders spotted the problem even before the market opened. Huge volumes of orders were cued up to trade when the bell sounded at 9:30 a.m. Knight traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange called the back office, in Jersey City, New Jersey, but Knight didn't seem to have realized it was the source of the bad orders.

By 9:40 a.m., NYSE officials had identified Knight as the source. It took another 20 minutes for Knight to locate the cause of the problem within its network and shut it off. It took about another 10-15 minutes for a build-up of orders that had already been sent to be completed.

As losses mounted, employees cast about for what happened and who was responsible - and who was going to stop it.

"It wasn't any single trader, it wasn't ETFs (exchange-traded funds), it wasn't (the algorithmic trading group)," said one Knight Capital trader. "It really left only one group, which was the market-making group."

Knight declined to say which group was responsible. For now, the crisis has passed. Data from Thomson Reuters Autex shows that most of Knight's trading business has returned, a sign that the large retail brokerages that route orders through Knight believe the problems were the result of an isolated glitch.

Several sources said Knight could have shut down its market flow to the exchange entirely, but that could have jeopardized other orders, opening Knight up to additional liability. Knight declined to comment.

Answers are likely to depend in part on what Knight finds about what went wrong. Knight said it is investigating and told clients Tuesday it also is "in discussions with external advisers in an effort to effectively assess the situation."

Knight has said its problems arose from software it installed to work with a new system of the New York Stock Exchange, known as the Retail Liquidity Program and designed to improve markets for small investors.

It is unclear whether someone was assigned to watch the new Knight software on the day it went live.

INVESTORS PROFIT ALREADY For their part, investors took only a measured risk in rescuing Knight. For $400 million, they got a 70 percent stake at the rock-bottom price of $1.50 a share. The stock had closed at $4.05 on Aug. 3, heading into the weekend when the deal was struck. On Friday afternoon, thhe stock was trading at $2.91.

A number of executives in the investor group interviewed by Reuters expressed confidence that Knight's problems will be resolved and that management flaws that allowed the problem to continue for as long as it did would be corrected.

Still, Joyce has a lot to prove to the investors, which include private equity firm Blackstone Group LP, Getco, and financial services companies TD Ameritrade Holding Corp , Stifel Nicolaus, Jefferies Group Inc and Stephens Inc.

Several investors said they were only able to conduct minimal due diligence on Knight's technology before agreeing to invest money.

TD Ameritrade and Blackstone declined comment. Jefferies did not respond to a request for comment.

"All we could do was listen to management's explanation of what happened and their viewpoint about the mess," said Bradbury, who spent most of the weekend in a hotel room with his chief financial officer and an investment banker from his firm, staying in touch with his firm's CEO, Warren Stephens, by phone.

"In the final analysis, we took their representation that it was a lightning strike and didn't compromise Knight's basic algorithms, trading systems and core competencies," Bradbury said.

Several executives said they did the deal because they trust Knight's reputation and management. They also wanted to help Joyce, a fixture on Wall Street for decades.

Ron Kruszewski, chairman and chief executive of Stifel Financial, said he called Joyce the morning of Aug. 2 to offer help even before deal terms were together. St. Louis, Missouri-based Stifel bought 5.5 percent of the new convertible issue.

"Based on my due diligence, I felt it was a black swan event," he said, using the term for rare, surprise happenings.

Even so, he said, "There are a number of questions to which there are still no answers."

2012 / Romney ad criticizes Obama's relationship with Israel
« on: August 07, 2012, 03:54:31 AM »
I'm going to vote Romney, because he cares more about Israel than USA!

Looking to make in-roads among Jewish voters, Mitt Romney is out with a new television ad that criticizes President Barack Obama for failing to visit Israel while at the same time playing up his own ties to the country.

"Who shares your values?" a voiceover says as the ad begins. "As president, Barack Obama has never visited Israel and refuses to recognize Jerusalem as its capital."

The 30-second ad features footage of Romney's visit to Israel last week—including his speech in Jerusalem in which he touted the  "special relationship" between the U.S. and Israel. [America is our slave country!]

"Mitt Romney will be a different kind of president--a strong leader who stands by our allies," the narrator says, atop footage of Romney talking to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. "He knows America holds a deep and cherished relationship with Israel."

The ad concludes with footage of Romney's visit to the Western Wall, as audio of the GOP candidate's Jerusalem speech plays in the background.

"It's a deeply moving experience to be in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel," Romney is heard saying.

The campaign declined to say how much it is spending to air the ad—or where it is playing. But a source close to the campaign told Yahoo News the ad is expected to air in Florida, home to one of the largest Jewish populations in the country and a key battleground state this fall.
