Several injured in London blasts - martial law in london declaired.

Several people have been injured after explosions on the Underground network and a double-decker bus in London.

A police spokesman said there were "quite a large number of casualties" at Aldgate Tube Station.

And Scotland Yard confirmed one of several reports of explosions on buses in the city - in Tavistock Place - but said the cause was not yet known.

One caller to BBC Five said his friend had seen "the bus ripped open like a can of sardines and bodies everywhere".

Number 10 said it was "still unsure" whether the explosions were a terrorist attack and although casualties were reported, no further details were yet available.

Ministers are meeting to clarify the situation and the government will make a statement later, Leader of the House Geoff Hoon told the Commons.

PA also quoted union officials as saying sources had told them there had been at least one explosive device on the Underground.

Hospitals have said they are no longer accepting non-emergency cases, BBC Five Live reported.

The National Grid, which supplies power to the Underground, said there had been no problems with its system which could have contributed to the incidents.

'Screaming and crying'

Jacqui Head, from BBC News, who had just left King's Cross station on a Piccadilly Line train as an explosion happened, said: "Everything was normal. Suddenly there was a massive bang, the train jolted.

"There was immediately smoke everywhere and it was hot and everybody panicked. People started screaming and crying."

The train was kept in the tunnel for 20 minutes and no announcement was made to explain the delay to passengers, she added.

Liberal Democrat MP Simon Hughes, near Kings Cross, told Five Live: "My only thought in the midst of all this confusion is that after the celebration of yesterday (for the Olympic 2012 London success) for people to be evil enough - if it is the intentional causing of death and injury - and think that they can justify this in any circumstances is completely unacceptable."

London Fire Brigade said four crews were at Liverpool Street and more were on their way.

Another passenger, who had left the Tube at Fenchurch Street Station, and walked to Aldgate East, told BBC Five Live that he saw injured people.

"As I walked through the bus station I could see people lying on the ground, black, as if they'd been covered in smoke. There were about three or four people on the floor being treated."

Eyewitness Paul Woloszyn from BBC News, who was at Blackhorse Road station on the Victoria Line, said: "We were told there was a bomb at Liverpool Street station.

"I was on the Tube, and they stopped the train and told everyone to get off and evacuate the station."

He said staff had said the entire Tube network had been affected, and leaflets had been handed out with details of alternative bus routes.

Another eyewitness, Dorothy Molloy, had been on a Tube train at King's Cross and said "staff just chucked everyone out of the station".

She said staff there had not given any details, but she said two passengers she had spoken to had said they had received messages saying there had been bombs.

"People didn't really know what was going on, they were just huffing and puffing and saying how annoying it was," she said.

"People don't seem to be panicked, but there's so many police and ambulances coming into the areas. People are just concerned, and some are just annoyed at the delay."

Push to the Global One World Currency ?????

Share prices have dropped across Europe after a number of blasts rocked tube stations and a bus in London.

The UK's benchmark FTSE 100 share index tumbled 105.92 points, or 3%, to 5,072. In France, Germany, Holland and Spain indexes all declined more than 2.5%.

The pound also dipped, while many investors sought safety in the Swiss franc and commodities such as gold. The price of crude oil dropped in London.

City firms including Deutsche Bank and the London Clearing House evacuated.

City-wide problem

Several people have been injured after explosions on the Underground network and a double-decker bus in London.

British Transport Police said some of the power surges had caused explosions.

A police spokesman said there were "quite a large number of casualties" at Aldgate Tube Station.

"There is always a bit of a scare when these kinds of incidents happen, especially after the Olympics announcement yesterday," one trader said.

"Everyone is already a bit worried today about the high oil price, there's a bit of uncertainty, the G8 is on today, so there's a bit of profit taking."

The shockwaves were felt as far away as South Africa, where shares dropped more than 1.8%.

"This is all on the back on the London underground incidents, and particularly the bus blast," said one Johannesburg trader.

"The market is getting pretty panicked. It's the uncertainty that is worrying everyone."

The latest decision on UK interest rates will be unveiled by the Bank of England later on Thursday, with rising pressure on the Bank for a rate cut.

Business leaders and pressure groups have complained that the current rate of 4.75% is deterring consumers from spending and companies from investing.

The Bank has raised rates five times since November 2003 as record oil prices boosted inflation.

Price growth is still a problem and may delay a rate cut, analysts said.

Waiting game

In May, the UK rate of inflation was 1.9%, just below the Bank's 2% target.

The pound is showing signs of weakness, however, and worries that it may dip further if rates are cut could deter the Bank from lowering borrowing costs just yet.

Interest rate graph

The Bank has "good reason to wait to see how events on the foreign exchanges unfold before taking action on interest rates," said Stephen Lewis, chief economist at Monument Securities.

"If the pound's weakness develops further, it will possibly exacerbate an upturn in import prices."

Even though the majority of analysts do not expect the Bank's rate-setting monetary policy committee (MPC) to cut interest rates, the chances of a rate cut have increased, they say.

About one in three market observers are predicting a cut, the highest number for some time.

"The consensus is that the MPC will not cut rates this month," said Michael Saunders of Citigroup. But, he added, "what is to be gained by delaying the necessary stimulus? There are advantages in moving rates promptly."

Sputtering motor

What has got a number of observers worried is the increasing evidence that the UK economy is losing momentum.

A manufacturing report on Wednesday showed that manufacturing output in May was unchanged from the previous month, and down 1.9% on a three-month basis.

Retailers are having just as many problems with firms such as Asda, Somerfield and JJB Sports all complaining of difficult market conditions.

The CBI employers' group became the latest body on Wednesday to call for a rate cut.

CBI boss Sir Digby Jones said rates were too high and a cut would be a "prudent and timely response".

Simon Aronowitz
20th September 2004

Lord Lucas stated in the interview that there would be insufficient time to achieve a 2/3 majority vote in the House of Commons, hence his willingness to accept a 50% vote to carry a state of emergency. However, it should be noted that if half of the MPs can be gathered together to affirm a state of emergency, then little extra effort is required to get 2/3 of MPs together. This measure would reduce the chances of the party in power with a large majority (like New Labour at the moment) pushing through a state of emergency.

For a government that had no qualms about defying public opinion and evidence with its march to war in Iraq, we must all ask ourselves if we can trust Parliament with the Civil Contingencies Bill. The power it already possesses has been abused with the recent military excursions - how can we expect them NOT to abuse any new powers?

Proposed amendments:

(1) Justifications for declaring an Emergency. Only an actual disaster should be grounds for declaring an Emergency. And `disaster` means a real disaster, and one that occurs within the UK.

(2) Powers granted.

No suspension of democracy.

No suspension of Parliament. No suspension of Civil Liberties.

(3) Coalition Government. No single party dictatorship.

(4) Parliamentary Approval of the emergency by two-third vote

Now happy hour ends with 'martial law'
By David Bamber
(Filed: 19/06/2005)

Ministers have ordered the Army on to the streets to join an all-out summer campaign against anti-social drunken and violent behaviour by yobs.

Military police and ordinary uniformed soldiers will help keep youths under control in up to 20 towns and cities near military barracks.

The strategy comes as police forces in more than 230 towns and cities begin a clampdown on disorderly behaviour by alcohol-fuelled youngsters, in response to a Home Office survey showing a disturbing rise in youth crime.

Charles Clarke, the Home Secretary, has asked the Ministry of Defence to support police forces around the country after an experiment in Royston, Hertfordshire, where uniformed Redcaps - military police - were deployed to crack down on late-night violence by drunken yobs. As well as dealing with off-duty soldiers from a nearby base, they targeted civilians in the non-garrison town.

Their patrols were judged a success and the Redcaps are now seen regularly on the streets, alongside Hertfordshire beat police, in the small market town, where local officers have welcomed them. One officer said that although the military police are armed only with a baton similar to that used by ordinary police, their uniforms and military training deter antics from getting out of hand.

Until this experiment, military police, who have the same powers of arrest as ordinary police officers, have patrolled only in major military centres such as Aldershot, Colchester and Catterick. Now regular patrols will begin in towns and cities near military bases.

A spokesman for Liberty, the civil rights organisation, expressed concern. She said: "Until now the Armed Forces have only been used on the streets of Northern Ireland in recent years and we need to be very careful about using them on the mainland in peacetime."

A senior Ministry of Defence official said: "We do not expect hundreds of troops on the streets but we would think the very presence of unarmed troops will deter bad behaviour."

Ordinary soldiers have no powers of arrest and will not directly intervene in boisterous behaviour, but will act as a "calming and pacifying" influence, say Home Office officials. They would only intervene directly in the unlikely event of widespread civil disturbance. Military police are fully trained to deal with civilian disturbances.

More than 230 towns and cities including Blackpool, Brighton, Manchester, Birmingham and several London boroughs, have been listed for special police measures this summer. Extra police and civilian police assistants will be drafted in on Friday and Saturday nights as part of a zero-tolerance crackdown against drug-taking, under-age drinking and alcohol- related violence.

In some areas curfews will be imposed, allowing police to clear groups of youths from the street after 9pm. "Curfew zones" will be introduced, from which police may ban individuals for up to 24 hours using an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Asbo). Anyone who breaches such an order faces a fine of up to £2,500 and a jail sentence.

The measures were prompted by a wave of violent incidents involving teenage gangs including the "happy slapping" craze, where teenagers attack their victim and film the assault on a mobile phone. In May, Tony Blair promised to curb anti-social behaviour and promote a culture of "respect".

The Sunday Telegraph has learned, however, that the next set of crime figures, to be released in September, will show that anti-social behaviour has not declined, despite attempts by some towns to deploy "yob-busting" teams. More young people complain of being victims of crime.

A Home Office spokesman said: "We want to ensure that people can go about their business without any problems and the Hertfordshire police and Army link up has provided a useful lesson."

David Davis, the shadow Home Secretary, said: "Bringing in the Army in a few small towns is just a gimmick. It will not solve the problem of yob culture.

"This shows Mr Blair's desperation. He has failed to get a culture of respect from yobs. He should concentrate on the causes of crime, not headline-grabbing ideas."

What's Behind the London Attacks?
The bombing of the London Underground was a false-flag operation designed to keep the West mired in war. Don't believe otherwise.

Matt Hutaff | July 8 2005

http://www.thesimon.com/magazine/articles/canon_fodder/0889_what_behind_london_attacks.html

Only one word sprang to mind when I heard about the bombings that claimed the lives of dozens of Londoners today `“ convenient.

Is there anything convenient in death, or in thousands of lives destroyed from catastrophe?

No `“ and words cannot express the sorrow I feel for the men and women changed by today's events. But governments with skeletons in their closets have a great deal to gain from a national tragedy bolstered by "terrorism."

As I sit in my office today, I hear the whispers of co-workers now utterly convinced our war on terror must continue. Despite American and British involvement in the Middle East birthing wave after wave of rebel forces, the Bush doctrine is now justified in the minds of millions. Petty grievances such as the Downing Street Minutes, the President's flagging support and Karl Rove's treasonous outing of CIA agent Valerie Plame are unimportant. A shadowy conglomeration is out to kill us.

Sound familiar? It should `“ the same emotional ploy was used to great effect on Americans in the wake of September 11th. Question nothing, particularly your cries for vengeance or that nagging feeling in the back of your head. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Unlike four years ago, however, I refuse to accept that the attack on London was anything less than a false-flag operation designed to enrage Western "civilization" against the Middle East. Why? Because there is no reason for "terrorist" groups to attack England. As recently as this week, the Ministry of Defense announced that plans were being drafted that would pull British armed forces from the quagmires in Iraq and Afghanistan. With the British effectively admitting they're throwing in the towel, the only motivation to stay could come from an attack that compels the forces to stay and fight "global terrorism."

Think about it. The attack only benefits empires desperate to maintain a foothold in the Middle East without further eroding public opinion. Will Parliament shrug their shoulders and push their soldiers into longer tours of duty because of this? Obviously it's too early to tell, but if that happens, insurgents and rebels will have lost more than they could have ever possibly gained in destroying part of the Underground.

Brian Kilmeade of Fox News agrees, claiming the sabotage "works to ... [the] Western world's advantage, for people to experience something like this together." It doesn't just make "terrorism" an American problem. It makes it a worldwide problem. The Number One problem.

No longer do we need to concern ourselves with two world leaders (who have spawned more worldwide terrorism than any fanatical religious organization) going unquestioned in their lies that started a war. We can cast off our sluggish economies, lack of freedoms and pitiful descent into draconian law. Terror is on the rise.

I feel like I'm sitting in my apartment watching the World Trade Center collapse all over again.

Everything is the same, right down to the previously unheard of Islamic group (The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe? Are you kidding me?) taking credit `“ even though the translation falls apart under scrutiny and the Q'uran is improperly cited. Considering the only Al Qaeda cell to ever be uncovered was a front for the Mossad, you'd think the perpetrators could at least come up with a clever new booga-booga name to grab headlines. Their arrogance is startling.

As is the ever-present Israeli connection, a staple among false flag operations. Before today's attack, the Israeli Embassy in London was notified an attack was forthcoming. As a result, former Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remained in his hotel room rather than head towards a nearby hotel where he was to address an economic summit.

The embassy denies it had any prior knowledge, of course, but the story has changed dramatically in the process. If, as they say, Netanyahu was not warned, how did he know to stay in his room? How did he know the danger was so severe that he dare not venture out of the hotel?

Oops! The story's changed again `“ here Netanyahu says that British police had warned the Israelis (but not the rest of the city?) of a pending attack. Scotland Yard denies this; Israel's reply was to say Netanyahu received his warning after the first blast. How? It was initially reported as a power surge for hours. What is being hidden here? And why isn't there an investigation into these obvious discrepancies?

It's enough to make your head spin and your eyes cross with rage.

Regardless, I am making an appeal to Britons who are understandably wracked with grief at the moment `“ don't buy into the hatred the way we Americans did. Don't ignore the obvious evidence that this whole affair was orchestrated by your own government. Most importantly, don't let the deaths of the few, however tragic, plunge your nation into another fit of war and civic clampdowns.

Toying with your emotions is expected. Don't fall prey to ignorance. See the attack on your home for what it really is `“ a distraction that will keep your money, resources and troops mired in ceaseless battle for an ideology that betrays your democratic and civilized tenets.

Honor your dead with tears, not a cry for war or praise for a disgraced leader

Stasi London: Fearmongering reaches new heights in England - SPECIAL REPORT

Steve Watson | 30th March 2004

It seems that London is gearing up for a major terrorist attack very soon. The above 27 minute press conference from last week, involving the Mayor Ken Livingstone, and the Chief of Police Sir John Stevens, highlights the level of fear London is currently being subjected to.

It has now simply been accepted that a major attack will take place, and that there is little hope of avoiding it. Yet Livingstone and Stevens take pain to assure everyone that London is "the safest city in the world" and that we should simply accept that it is soon to be attacked and just get on with things.

There is very sophisticated doublespeak going on here. Whilst being told we cannot and should not worry over such an attack occurring, we are also told that IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. The result is an even greater yet supressed fear among the entire population of the city.

Add to this the hideous nature of the "Life Savers" anti-terrorist campaign, nothing short of a Stasi-type operation more akin with Soviet Russia, and the result is a climate of fear, suspicion and mis-trust amongst all. Everyone, and anyone is a suspect and we must all be alert and prepared because we are all about to be attacked.

Key moments in the press conference come around 11 mins in when Livingstone stresses several times that there is no hidden agenda behind the Government's actions and that there are real terrorists that want to kill us all. Why is he so determined to make this point clear? Because people are waking up to the fact that this "war on terror" is a useful excuse for taking away our rights and bringing us all under tighter control.

19 mins into the video and John Stevens makes a very interesting slip up. Whilst declaring that the city is completely safe, he invites terrorists to come to London. He quickly repeats his words, replacing "terrorists" with "tourists". One is reminded of Tony Blair's reference to "Weapons of Mass Distraction" here. The point is though that this is exactly the situation being created in London, the distinction between "terrorist" and "tourist" is slim, precisely because everyone is a suspect.

At the very end of the conference Stevens advocates militarising the police with sub-machine guns and armoured vehicles and also placing the army at London airports in an effort to deter the "inevitable" attacks.

What is happening in London is indicative of the direction of the entire planet now. Calls for Armies on the streets, a "civillian" Stasi-spy network in place, talk of not if but when we get attacked as if it's a natural thing we must all accept and live with for our own security. Add to this David Blunkett's proposed ID card scheme and his Pre-crime law, where by suspects are detained without trial BEFORE a crime has even been committed. How can all this be to protect freedom and ensure our liberty? Some are awakening, but still no one dares to suggest that formenting on our doorstep is a Police State that is worse than Nazi germany or Soviet Russia. We have to speak out now before it's too late, because it can happen and it is happening here.

I was in London last weekend and the scale to which this has now progressed is emense. Every bus shelter I saw carried the Stasi propaganda, I stood for fifteen minutes in the tube station and heard the same two messages being repeated over and over on the loudspeakers, "Please report any suspicious looking items" and "You are being monitored by CCTV for your security". There has even been an instance of some poor guy's luggage being thrown from the tube train by a woman who panicked and believed it was a bomb. The level of fear has reached new heights, so much so that no one dare admit it. I even found myself analysing people and their luggage as they entered the train.

Just listen to the adverts being played on the radio in London and tell me we are not being manipulated and controlled into accepting the Police State

Here is the audio clip

We even have unidentifiable tube police now too, this is all admitted on the London Met-Police website. The following is taken directly from there:

The Met renewed its call for vigilance by the public against possible terrorist attacks in London.

As part of the continuing Government campaign against the threat from terrorism, police have stepped up patrols on the London Underground system including, for the first time, deploying plain clothes counter terrorist patrols to key locations. These measures were taken before Thursday`s bomb explosions in Madrid and are not connected.

"This is a joint operation involving BTP, the Metropolitan Police, City of London Police and Transport for London", explained Deputy Chief Constable Andy Trotter.

London is on a high level of alert and the London Underground system is controlled public space, with hundreds of staff at stations, extensive CCTV coverage and its own dedicated police resources. A further, crucial element is the vigilance of customers. With three million travelling every day, they can provide millions of eyes and ears across the whole system.

Police are appealing to passengers to be pro-active in reporting anything suspicious, asking other passengers if they see an item they believe to be unattended - `Who owns this bag?` - and reporting it immediately to London Underground staff or police if it is unclaimed. Posters will be appearing on the London Underground system this week.

As part of the security regime, passengers may see police officers conducting `stop and search` procedures on stations. If passengers are subject to such searches, we would ask them to be patient in supporting the continuing fight against terrorism.

THIS IS NOT FREEDOM - Unidentifiable authorities stopping and searching anyone they find suspicious, whilst encouraging people to actively spy on and report each other - WE HAVE ENTERED THE TWIGHLIGHT ZONE. When George Orwell wrote 1984 IT WAS A WARNING. I have pointed this out to several people and their only reaction is "yes it's exactly like 1984" whilst being seemingly amused by that fact. The other reaction I get is "its OK because if it gets any worse people will rise up in revolt". HOW CAN IT GET ANY WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS?

To end on a rather ominous note, there have also been reports that the Tube system in London is due to close for days at a time for "improvements to be made".

http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/articles/9905138?source=Evening%20Standard

In the weeks and days preceeding 9/11 we know that the WTC was evacuated many times, sometimes for hours in "security drills". There were eyewitness reports of plain clothed men workmen working in the towers throughout said drills. On 9/11 the towers came down in a uniformed fashion akin to purposeful demolition. Larry Silverstein, the owner of the complex is also on record as saying that WTC 7 was purposefully brought down with explosives on that day. Explosives would have taken days or weeks to be placed.

I therefore wish to ask who will be making the "improvements" to the London subway, what will they be doing and who will be monitoring them?

Explosions In London
Who Stands To Gain? Israel Warned, Cover-up In Progress

 COMMENT:
The military-industrial complex has the motive in this latest attrocity. Every major western government, including the British, has been caught red-handed carrying out bombings against their own people and blaming it on external enemies. It is mainstream news in Spain that the government was involved in the 3/11 bombing. The London 7/7 bombings are nothing different. Government ghouls are now all over television spreading the fear to encourage the people to submit to the war on terror.

or our freedoms are that dead.

BREAKING: Scrambled cover-up to try and change prior knowledge story.

Original reports stated that Binyamin Netanyahu was warned BEFORE the first blast, now all the Associated Press reports are being changed to say he was warned AFTER the first blast, for example this article.

The article linked below that we saved in our own format (and the website that carried it has strangely since crashed) said that Netanyahu was warned before the first blast.

Israel are now denying they got a warning.

BREAKING: Scotland Yard says it got a warning before the attack and told Israel.

"The Israeli Embassy in London was notified in advance, resulting in Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remaining in his hotel room rather than make his way to the hotel adjacent to the site of the first explosion, a Liverpool Street train station, where he was to address and economic summit."

Full article here.

The warning contradicts the fact that the original explanation of a power surge went out for an hour or more. They knew it was an attack but put out a false explanation. Plus why did Netanyahu get a warning and the victims didn't?

We have been told that the events unfolding today were "inevitable", London's transport network has been hit with multiple explosions. Both the Underground and Buses have been hit. Events are still unfolding.

We predicted this would happen over a year ago after analyzing the propaganda and fearmongering that was being ratcheted up to the extreme in London. Paul Joseph Watson has predicted these events as imminent several times on The Alex Jones Show in recent months.

Tony Blair is not in London but safely tucked up in Scotland with 7 other World Leaders including President Bush. The political eyes of the world are on Britain this week. The Mayor of London Ken Livingstone is in Singapore where the IOC has just awarded the Olympic Games to London, he is rushing back to the city.

Just like the events of 9/11, ask yourself, who stands to gain from this? Could this have been organized by any group other than one who has direct unlimited access to all areas of London's transport grid at all times?

The similarities with the Madrid bombing of 3/11/04, which we have persistently highlighted as an inside intelligence operation, are stark with bombs on separate trains set off within minutes of each other as the trains neared the stations. The so called perpetrators were quickly linked to an "Al Qaeda" cell in Europe but later as we reported were linked to the Spanish Security service. They then mysteriously Killed themselves as this information was seeping out. It then became apparent that Spain's government was using the bombings for its own gains and many went to the streets in Spain to declare they knew that their own government was behind the attacks. Further Intelligence was withheld by the government, we expect the same will happen in Britain after today's attacks.

This has MI5 written all over it. Just watch that national ID card legislation sail through. Only 15% of the country supported the government after the last election, this will ensure total fealty to a smarmy Blair and whatever he wants to do. Ken Livingstone and the opposition parties will now have no grounds to reject ID card legislation, especially with the Olympics coming to London in 2012.

The police state measures they'll get out of this will be overlaid onto all forms of transport. In fact, you won't be able to travel without the ID card. Although MI5 operations are normally more sophisticated than things like 9/11, in that the evidence linking it to the government is more carefully covered, just watch for the evidence of inside involvement to trickle out. MI5 have been caught involved in IRA bombings multiple times over.

Alex has said over and over that as attacks on different sections of the transportation grid occur they are going to have police state setup in the areas. Now it will be on the buses, subways etc.

It is mainstream news in Spain that the government was involved in the 3/11 bombing. The London 7/7 bombings are nothing different. Government ghouls are now all over television spreading the fear to encourage the people to submit to the war on terror. Support our work, spread the word, expose who is gaining power from terrorism, or our freedoms will be lost.

Hours after the attacks the media is still not providing extensive coverage. We would expect to see hundreds of eyewitness accounts and footage of the train stations. Independent London reporter Simon Aronowitz, who has a contact within the BBC, has reported that journalists are finding the coverage of the situation highly irregular. It seems that the information being released to the British public is being carefully stage managed.

Up to 200 Al-Qaeda terrorists in Britain

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2087-1513781,00.html

London Times | March 6 2005

BRITAIN`s most senior police officer at the time of the September 11 terrorist attacks has warned that there are at least 100 Al-Qaeda trained fighters `walking Britain`s streets`.

Sir John Stevens, who retired as Metropolitan police commissioner at the end of January, fears the true figure of those potentially able to carry out attacks is probably nearer 200.

`Though they haven`t yet subjected Britain to horrors such as 9/11 or the Madrid bombings, make no mistake they would if they could,` said Stevens. `If I heard on my car radio that they had pulled off a terrorist atrocity at last, I`d be horrified but not in the slightest bit surprised.`

Stevens`s latest assessment of the threat posed by fundamentalist adherents of Osama Bin Laden comes in a newspaper article in which he says the government`s prevention of terrorism bill is `vital` legislation.

`The main opposition to the bill is from people who simply haven`t understood the true horror of the terrorism we face.

`For the safety of the vast majority, occasionally we will have to accept the infringement of the human rights of high-risk individuals.`

Stevens`s comments follow Tony Blair`s assertion on the BBC last week that there are `several hundred engaged in plotting or trying to commit terrorist acts`.

The figures are thought to be based on the numbers of `graduates` who returned to Britain from Al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan until they were destroyed by coalition forces during the war of 2001-02.

Senior security figures including Sir Ian Blair, Stevens`s successor as commissioner, believe the radicalising influence of such `jihadists` `” some of whom have also fought for the Muslim cause in Bosnia, Chechnya and Kashmir `” provide the core of the threat to Britain.

Stevens said the suspects held without trial at Belmarsh prison in southeast London remain a threat and should not be freed despite a ruling by the law lords in December that the men`s human rights had been infringed.

`I have read every word of the evidence and intelligence against them. I know that for the safety of innocent people they should remain under lock and key. They simply should not be at liberty in this country. It is madness,` Stevens wrote in the News of the World.

`I`ve heard opposing politicians say: `˜We didn`t need these new measures to fight the IRA when they were bombing our cities. Why do we need them against this lot?` The difference is that no Provo ever strapped a bomb to their body, walked into somewhere like Trafalgar Square and blew themselves and 100 innocent passers-by to smithereens.

`We`ve never had to consider the prospect of the IRA flooding the London Underground with poison gas or exploding an anthrax bomb in Manchester.

He added: `Some of the reports that crossed my desk in the last few months alone made my hair stand on end.`

The former commissioner, who shared briefings with the prime minister from MI5, MI6 and Scotland Yard`s anti-terrorist branch, said `huge amounts of intelligence` had been provided by Muslims themselves, appalled at atrocities committed in the name of Islam.

`That intelligence proves these fanatics must not walk our streets. They must be locked up `” or kicked out of the country.`

CHARLES CLARKE, the home secretary, is preparing to keep the 10 terror suspects in Belmarsh jail without charge despite the law lords` ruling that it would be illegal. The move is being proposed as a fall-back to prevent the suspects, including Abu Qatada, Al-Qaeda`s key `ambassador` in Europe, from walking free this week.
Home Office sources said the home secretary had drawn up plans for a statutory order in case the terrorism bill is defeated in parliament.

Thought I would dig into the news archives to remind us of what happened on this day seven years ago. Not seeing much commentary anywhere.

Thought I would dig into the news archives to remind us of what happened on this day seven years ago. Not seeing much commentary anywhere.

In USA 7/7 got about a week's worth of coverage, I guess it wasn't spectacular enough to impress us after 9/11.  But after 9/11 I learned how the Memory Hole swallowed so much info so on 7/7 I cached everything I could find.  Sure 'nuff, much of the 7/7 info has disappeared also.  Actually I think 7/7 is in some ways more interesting than 9/11; there are many indications the whole thing was staged & that many if not all fatalities & injuries were hoaxed.

See how Bus #30 roof neatly unfolds like "tin can":  Usually bus explosions bow &/or shred the roof.  Likely that the roof supports were pre-cut & say a small amount of det-cord sufficed to detach it.  Also note the metal seat bars that neatly come unfolded (other photos show this better).

Of course, for maximum "terror" shock, why didn't the terrorists blow up 4 buses instead of 1 bus & 3 tube cars?  For the London stage managers it was easier to rig tube cars, control access before & after incident etc.  Very few photos of the tube cars.

Photos of injured show minor injuries with weirdly inappropriate bandages treatment etc.  If pressed (though they weren't) MSM would aver that Anglo-Saxons don't like gory news photos--the success of ultra-violent movies like "Saw" series would belie that idea.

Silly headband & goofy chin strap; lots of victims had sooty faces yet nobody handed out moist towelettes to clean up.  (A little muss was necessary for visual impact.)  Where did the soot come from?  Are tube cars that dirty?  Officials changed their story about bomb composition:  first it was TATP (which doesn't produce soot AFAIK) & later a "novel" peroxide-pepper concoction.

More weird staged injuries--Davinia Turrell being forced to walk barefoot with a horrible bandage mask on, suggesting severe facial burns.  Medical personnel had specialized full-face bandage but mysteriously no tape to stick it on!  Her escort, Paul Dadge, was a former fireman.  Hmm, Brit firemen aren't strong enough to pick up injured women?  Also Turrell's clothes & figure suggest she's an old lady, turns out she was quite young.

Davinia made a miraculous recovery!

There was a video of another guy (who looked like Lofty from East Enders)--his clothes & hair was all mussed up, he's surrounded by medical folks & others.  He shakily attempts to walk (to ambulances or aid station I presume) & collapses to pavement after a few steps.  Do medical personnel grab a gurney or carry him?  NO, they raise him back up & force him to walk further (for benefit of news cams).

MSM was full of reports about massively injured folks dying in Tavistock Square with Medical Ass'n doctors heroically trying to save lives.  Never any photos of that, plus London has plenty of hospitals & ambulances--that scenario is absurd.  This pic of ambulances waiting around like taxis on a Sunday.

MSM photos featured many victims in blankets yet never any explanation of where they came from.  A couple were the "space blankets" that could have come from civil defense-type organizations but most were common household blankets.  Did nearby residents rush out to donate blankets?  If so, why?  It was a warm muggy day!  The stage managers had the blankets stockpiled ahead of time obviously & they purposely used a variety of blankets to suggest random spontaneous donation. 9/11 had similar temps but no blankets there.  (BTW EB is only netizen, AFAIK, to address the blanket issue.)

The cute blond gets the nicest blanket of course, blue velour to match her eyes.  Blue blanket is a subliminal reference to Virgin Mary methinks.  I correctly predicted she would be a Time or Newsweek cover girl & yes, she was Newsweek cover & Davinia Turrell was Time cover.

Plainer women get plainer blankets (but no baby wipes to wipe sweat & soot):

White London lady show the famous "stiff upper lip"--"Them terrorists ain't gonna get the best of us!"

A "we're all in this fight together" blanket:

Lots of other netizens have covered the official lies, conflicting stories, impossible time lines etc so I won't go into that.  I like to show what's hidden in plain sight.  For instance, London is one of the world's biggest media cities.  They must have hundreds of skilled photo-journalists not to mention huge # of tourists with cameras or local folks with cellphone cameras.  However as I reviewed all the MSM photos I noticed they all came from the same pool of pictures (roughly 100) suggesting a central authority was in strict control of photo ops.  A very few pics were from cellphones but added no info.  Tube cellphone pics were dark & grainy, Tavistock cellphone pics taken from a distance after immediate area was closed off.

Numerical synchronicity is a hebrew thing.

Look at the dates of the Bali Bomings - "Al Qaida strikes Australian tourists" incident.

12 Oct 2002. The WTC attacks were 11 Sept 2001. The two dates compared:

9/11/2001
10/12/2002

 ;)
