I agree with you, however people just don't want to hear/believe the term "mind control".
We need a new term that more accurately describes it.  Until then it'll be ridiculed because the idea that people don't have their own free will is a slap in the face to everybody.

(Not sure about people being controlled from a console using HAARP though.)
